During the warranty period, the company will repair without charge. Damage due to human factors or beyond the warranty period will be charged only for neccessary components.

The companys after-sales maintenance includes guidance and training given by professional maintenance engineers. The main responsibility of a maintence engineers is the maintenance of all instruments within the jurisdiction of the maintenance. He/She will also be responsible for offices, liaison offices for customer training and providing users with comprehensive technical support, guidance and training of liaison officers of the companys operations and installation work. After-sales departments should immediately find out and record the problem, and then give a solution after receiving the customers complaint in order to solve the problem as soon as possible.
